Bookings are essential for all treatments and we highly recommend weekend spa treatments be reserved in advance to avoid disappointment. All appointments are confirmed 48 hours before the scheduled visit via SMS or phone. Please provide us with your most accessible contact number.
Credit card details or alternatively a monetary deposit of 50% of the treatment value is to be provided for all treatments exceeding one hour at the time of booking. If using a gift certificate, please quote your certificate number at the time of booking and present your certificate prior to your treatment.
Please advise reception of any medical condition at the time of booking. Notification of medical conditions such as pregnancy, high-blood pressure, allergies and heart conditions allows us to best accommodate your needs.
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so as you can change into the appropriate attire and relax before your treatment. If you have not visited SpaEleven before, we will need you to complete a medical history form and skin and body consultation, so we may be able to customize a program to best suit your requirements.
Plan your ‘time out’ carefully as arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time to respect the next scheduled appointment.
You comfort is of importance to us, so if you are visiting for a treatment you will be invited to change into a robe and slippers. A locker will be allocated for your personal belongings. Your modesty during treatments is taken into consideration – during all body treatments, we will provide you with disposable undergarments and your therapist will professionally drape you. If you are enjoying a spa bath, we kindly request that you bring a bathing suit. Open toed shoes are recommended if having a pedicure to prevent polishes from smudging. Please do not bring valuables into the spa – all care is taken but we do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.
We accept Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Eftpos for treatments and products over $20.00.
We understand that life presents unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending your appointment. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
To keep the serenity tranquil, we ask that you turn your mobile, pager and other electronic devices off upon arrival. Children under 15 years-of-age must be accompanied by an adult.
